二 | 鉴于当前吉隆县自然灾害形势，根据《日喀则市自然灾害救助应急预案》规定，已达到启动日喀则市自然灾害救助一级应急响应条件。市应急指挥部决定自2026年8月26日14时起启动日喀则市自然灾害救助一级应急响应。
